84 fixtures in all. A side gets at least 60 minutes between its own matches, plays at most three a day, and no pitch hosts two games at once. These are constraints, not preferences — the scheduler will not quietly squeeze a fixture out to make the numbers work.
All 84 fixtures fit on 6 pitches over 3 days, at 63% pitch utilisation. There is not much slack: drop to 5 pitches and 25 fixtures have nowhere to go.

Break-even = total spend ÷ teams = £681 per team. Most organisers add 20 to 40% on top to cover withdrawals, overspend and their own time — roughly £817 to £953 here.
