Planning is free. You only pay when you need an export that goes out to other people — or when you would rather we did the whole thing.
No account, no contact details, no expiry
One-off, per tournament · also ¥199 / €29 / $32
Prices are set per market, not converted from one another — the same principle the cost reference rates follow.
Send us the entry list and we put the real team names, pitches, referees and staff into the plan, then hand back a team handbook, a referee handbook and an organiser version with the budget. One round of revisions is included. Quoted by size, because the work scales with it:
| Up to 16 teams | Single age group, 1–2 days |
| 17 – 48 teams | 1–3 age groups |
| 49 – 128 teams | Multiple age groups and divisions, 3–5 days |
| 128+ teams | Quoted individually; usually better run as a managed event |
Tell us the size and dates and we will quote. contact@usematchflow.com
Is the free version time-limited or a trial?
Neither. It does not expire and there is no run limit. What it does not do is produce a clean export — that is the one thing behind the unlock.
Why is the unlock priced differently in each currency?
Because it is priced per market rather than converted. £25 and $32 are not the same amount of money, and they are not meant to be — the same logic applies to the cost reference rates, where English pitch hire and American insurance follow completely different structures.
What happens if I enter more than 16 teams on the free version?
Nothing you typed is lost. The free version computes the first 16 and says so on the page — it does not quietly pass a 16-team plan off as the one you asked for.
Do you take the entry fees for me?
No. We work out what the event costs and what you need to charge to break even; collecting that money and reconciling it is not something we do. Use your own payment provider or a registration platform.
Can I pay by card?
Outside China, yes — EUR, GBP, USD go through PayPal. Inside China it is WeChat Pay.
